Our Injection molding machine is imported from Taiwan. The machine
has a clamping tonnage of 100 tons & shot weight of 160 grams. The machine
has 200 molds data memory. The machine has power backup in case of
power failure.
- Tool Room
-
Our molding shop has complete backup of tool room, whether its mold
maintenance, mold making or other machine parts, the shut down period is
minimal.
Apart from connectors, telephone face plates and telephone rosettes, we
have built molds and dies for Zipper industry, an industry that
requires absolute accuracy.
